To confirm the reservation, a credit card number (VISA/MasterCard) with expiration date is required, or alternatively, a bank transfer.
Our cancellation policy:
• REFUNDABLE RATE: up to 5 days before arrival: free cancellation. The amount for the first night will be held 7 days prior to arrival.
• NON-REFUNDABLE PREPAID RATE: 100% of the stay will be charged at any time after booking.
In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the entire amount will be retained.
Conditions remain unchanged even in the event of partial or total resale of the canceled room.

Cancellations/modifications must be made by the customer through the booking system or by contacting the reception by phone or email.
Modifying a booking means canceling the existing reservation and making a new one.
We cannot guarantee a specific room number or floor, but we will always do our best to consider your preferences.
